Human Circuit

What a coincidence that we would start to learn about electricity this week.  On Monday when the lights were out we used an energy stick that to learn about how electricity needs a path to travel on and light something up.  We were able to light the energy stick by creating a human circuit around the class.  We learned what sorts of materials made good conductors.  For example, we found out that we could complete the circuit by having everyone touching skin, metal, and water.  Paper, plastic, and clothing did not work.
