The theme for October's Learners Are Leaders program was "Digging Deeper." We talked about the importance of taking what we learn in school and going home and extending our learning even more. Earning the award from our class this month was Courtney!
Next month's theme will be Patient, Persistent Problem Solving. We will be looking for students who really work hard to solve problems (academically, socially, or any other problems they come across). We'll focus on never giving up and keeping a positive attitude while really believing in yourself and trying your best. It's easy to solve problems that are easy for you, but the challenge will come in when trying to figure out something that is difficult for you.
