The kids had a great time at the Cole Land Transportation Museum in Bangor today. Most of the pictures below are from the tour of the museum. The last couple pictures show some students working in the new Junior Curators Program. The students worked together in groups and used clues to try to figure out what some artifacts were used for. I'd like to thank the Cole Museum for providing the field trip to the school FREE of charge (they even paid for the buses)! I highly encourage taking your child to the museum another time in order to go through at a slower pace and see even more. They open to the public this year on May 1st. I'd also like to thank the chaperones that attended the trip with us. I always appreciate those willing to support classroom and school activities!
