Investigating Length & Pitch, Maddie's Presentation, Students of the Week

In our sound unit in science, we are investigating how the length of something effects the pitch of the sound that it creates.  Doing the investigations in the pictures below we learned that the shorter something is, the higher the pitch is.

During our computer lab time, we learned about using the Presentation tool in order to create professional looking slideshows to present information about material that we are studying.  Maddie used some of her free time to study and create a presentation about water conservation, then presented her presentation to the class.
